Weightloss Wednesdays #1


I gained 300g this week bringing me to 67.7kg. Less than a can of beans so, it’s not the end of the world. A little frustrating, but I put it down to the three blocks of chocolate and multiple beers I consumed, and not exercising because I’m sick. I need to work on my exercise this week, stick to my plan and avoid stress eating- walk instead. Next week will be better!

Not meaning to brag, but I did exceptionally well on a 50% assignment to seismically retrofit a historic building. I am notoriously terrible at structures, but apparently I have finally learnt how buildings stand up, so that’s nice for my future and all of ya’ll. I bought a Kowtow top to celebrate, because this deserves a celebration- YAY for A’s!
