Hello everyone! Hope wherever you are you’re all surviving being back at work (ugh, I know the feels) and enjoying either the sunshine or snuggling up by the fire!

I have been thinking about this blog a lot recently, because I love writing it but I feel like it has no direction whatsoever. It started out being super specific, then went on a huge tangent when I went on a big life tangent, but I feel like now is the time to refocus and reign it back in.

This blog will document my weight loss journey and be a platform to share motivational tips and things I learn along the way. I am on a weight loss/healthy life journey and I want to write about it to motivate those who are following a similar journey. Simple, focused and specific.

What can you expect to read? Updates on my journey, features on weight loss tips/discoveries and the occasional recipe, motivational tip or life update. I have plans to share my story, share what I have learnt on my journey so far, and share some relevant things I am passionate about.

I have updated my About Page and my Weight Loss Goals Page to fit in with this refocused direction, have a read and learn a bit more about me and my goals!

Is there anything that you would like me to write about? Want to learn more about me? If you have any burning questions or comments, feel free to comment on this post – I will endeavour to do a write up on them soon.

I am really excited about this clear direction and I have a bunch of ideas already, thank you for following along!
