2 x soft boiled eggs, 1/4 avo, 1/2 tomato & green tea. I mean, look at those eggs <3. Your girl did good.
Hussar’s salad (Dutch potato salad w. beetroot, gherkins, ham, apple, mayo) which is not the most healthy salad in the world… I added some lettuce for more veg and some cannellini beans for protein. SO GOOD. I’m so Dutch.

Smoothie made with 1 small ripe banana, 1TBS almond & peanut butter, 1/4 avo, 1C almond & coconut milk and topped with 1tsp cacoa & maca LSA and 1tsp chia seeds
Steak with beans and mustard. Oh so simple, oh so good.
I also drank 2L of water throughout the day!
