I totally ran out of time for breakfast (and also to pack my lunch – bad Anneke) so decided to assemble a breakfast from a cafe menu, asking for eggs on toast without the toast and some sides. I had 2 poached eggs with 1/4 avo and some smoked salmon with a trim latte alongside.
This was a small vegan salad with bulgur wheat, apple, pear and plenty of veg with some kind of vinegarette.
Bliss ball (figs, apricots, cashews, cranberries, coconut) and a peppermint tea.
Smoothie made with 1 banana, 1T PB, 2tsp cacao & maca LSA, 1C coconut & almond milk. Like a milkshake, but better.
My boo, Matt, made me (I stirred so I kinda helped) this for dinner! It’s spiced chickpeas with haloumi and other goodies. So, damn, good.
Showing off my cool reflective jacket, yo! I went for a 30 minute jog and did 30 minutes of yoga and stretching afterwards. Feeling good.
I feel like I ate SO much today, but with this increased activity and also a lot more going on at uni, my body is just wants more energy. So, I’m trying to fuel it with good, filling foods that will keep me going without weighing me down.
