Another banana smoothie. I just really like them… 1 banana, 1T PB and 1C almond & coconut milk blended and served over ice. Cheers to the weekend!

AFTERNOON PICK ME UP
Beer, fries and calamari… because sometimes on a Friday you just have to treat yo’ self.
Dinner was a sweet potato and lamb hash (basically leftovers mushed in a hot pan with 1tsp coconut oil until crispy and warmed through) w. 1tsp wholegrain mustard stirred through and seasoned well. Topped with a 4 minute soft boiled egg, 1/4 avo, coriander, chili relish and pumpkin seeds. Perfect winter food.
My week was made so much better by the visit of my favourite friend (who has just moved away) and the bonus company of my other favourite friend; seeing them being nerds together made my heart warm ❤
